This year Al Qasba is inviting its visitors to experience a very special Eid Al Fitr, courtesy of the exceptional performers of COLOKOLO. This Moroccan based group will be bringing their fun filled show to the Eye of the Emirates wheel for two shows daily from the 28th to the 31st of July.

Set in the popular Moroccan café “Qahwa Noss Noss” the show will feature the interactions and antics of the café’s faithful patrons – its ‘heroes of boredom’. Through the show visitors will get to meet and laugh at (and with) these colourful characters, the guy who spends all day counting his pennies and the passers-by (without of course having anything to eat or drink), to the man sitting in the corner nursing his one cup of coffee (reheated many a time) and complaining about the shoe-shiner who has the nerve to sit down and share his precious coffee. The show is a celebration of the value of the simple things in life, far too often ignored by most.

The shows will take place daily between 6:30 pm and 11:00 pm and performers from COLOKOLO will also be on the walkways of Al Qasba with their variety of acts, including Chinese pole, juggling, teeterboard, slake line, and more throughout the day
